User services


Users can edit their personal settings and password under My Profile. Each user can also select an interface language.

 

Note: Only the administrator can determine which Delivery Watch notifications a Delivery Watch user receives. If a user does not wish to receive a specific type of notification any longer, he should contact the system administrator.

 

 

Technical support via e-mail

 

The Delivery Watch support team will be more than happy to help you resolve any problems you may have with the application. This service is available with Premium subscriptions only.

 

 

Forgotten passwords

 

If you forget your password, click Forgot your password? on the login page. A dialog will then open in which you should enter the e-mail address you used when you signed up for Delivery Watch. A new, automatically generated password will be sent to this address immediately.

 

The next time you log on, you should replace the password that was sent to you with a password of your own choosing.
