To add a user to your Delivery Watch account, send an e-mail to the individual person inviting him or her to become a user of your Delivery Watch account. A form is provided for this purpose.

Completing the new user form

After completing the form, click Add, which will automatically send an e-mail to the prospective user. The e-mail contains a link to a form that will enable the new user to sign up for Delivery Watch, select a password and access the service.

IMPORTANT: It is crucial that new users select the right time zone because Delivery Watch analyses are based on local time. For example, if the benchmark for the best e-mail dispatch time is 9:15 a.m., this refers to local time.

Please note that, since the system also uses e-mail addresses as user names, each e-mail address can only be used to invite one person to become a Delivery Watch user.
