For the fifth year in a row, Delivery Watch present the average response metrics of email campaigns gathered over the period of one year.

The results of 2006 paint a much more positive picture than the previous year: most response metrics showed improvements. Especially noteworthy is the decline of bounce rates and unsubscribes. Also, the further decrease of unique click rates was stopped and unique click - in the case of B2B campaigns - even went back up a bit.

Data for this report was collected from 1 January 2006 until 31 December 2006. We analyzed response data of more than 10000 email campaigns sent by more than 300 European Delivery Watch customers.
