Apart from monitoring the delivery rates of newsletters and promotion campaigns, Delivery Watch now also makes it possible to monitor the deliverability of individual sales and service e-mails, i.e. transactional messages. Thus making Delivery Watch the first deliverability monitoring and testing application in Europa to offer a solution to a problem that is more pressing than mass e-mails being blocked or filtered.
Newsletters or promotion campaigns not being delivered means that you lose "potential" revenue. However when sales e-mails or transactional messages are not being delivered it interrupts concrete business transactions - with far more serious consequences. When e-mails such as purchase receipts, shipping notifications, account status updates, subscription or membership information are filtered as Spam or blocked by major ISPs, the results can be disastrous: business deals not formed, customers are dissatisfied, turn to competitors or even ask for damage compensation.
The new Delivery Watch module for monitoring of service e-mails allows corporations worldwide to secure the success of their e-mail-based business processes. Delivery Watch provides companies with reliable information whether major Internet Service Providers and Webmail providers are blocking their transaction e-mails; whether and why important Spam filters classify their e-mails as Spam and whether the mail servers from which the service mails are sent are correctly configured or listed on public blacklists.
The service mail module is a simple to set up as an e-mail account on your PC. After setup Delivery Watch sends sample service and sales e-mails to a seed list of test addresses. For accurate results the sending of those sample e-mails is routed through the same mail server that the actual service e-mails are sent from. Since the e-mail deliverability is affected by factors that can change on a daily basis, e.g. Spam filter settings of ISPs or new blacklisting, Delivery Watch offers the possibility to monitor your service e-mails on a fixed, continuous basis: daily, bi-weekly or monthly.
The new feature is available to Delivery Watch customers at no additional costs making the most affordable solution worldwide for monitoring the deliverability of business-critical e-mails. |
